A new sign face or a new sign?
Your old cabinet, the box that holds the face and the lights, may be worth keeping. We check its condition first.
When the message changes
The sign face is the printed panel on the front of the cabinet. If the old sign is in good shape, a new name may only need a new face or panel. Size is only part of what we check.
Look behind the face
The cabinet, the supports, the lighting and the access all matter. Cracks, rust, water inside or wiring problems can turn a simple panel into a bigger repair.
Send us the right photos
Take one photo of the whole sign, one of the building around it and a close-up of any damage you can see. Stay in a safe spot on the ground. Tell us if the sign lights up and which parts have stopped working.
