Preparing your logo and print files
Send the best original you have. We will tell you if we can use it.
Use the original artwork
For logos and lettering, send a vector file if you have one: PDF, AI, EPS or SVG. A vector file stays sharp at any size. A screenshot or a small image from a website turns blurry when we enlarge it. Renaming the file does not turn it into a vector. If a small image is all you have, send it anyway.
Include the finished size
For printed graphics, send the final size, the text, the prices and the original photos. Keep a copy of the file you can edit, and tell us which fonts and brand colors we need to match.
Approve the proof before we build
The proof is the drawing we send you to approve. Check the spelling, phone numbers, website addresses, layout and sizes. Color on a screen is only a reference, so ask for a physical sample when the exact color matters.
